| The day began with Nagarasankeerthan and roads longed to feel the name and vibrations of swami through swami’s devotees. The sankeerthan was continued with an age old tradition of conducting the Narayana Seva at Villages. The devotees and the Sevadals enthusiastically prepared Biriyani, kurmaa, Curd Rice and Kesari Sweet to be distributed at Kothulaaram, a village about 75kms from the city. The village was blessed by a free mineral water plant by swami few months ago. The program at the village began with Bhajans and a snap shot speeches by some of the sevadal members. The Villagers then Partook swami’s prasadam with intense satisfaction and where exhilarated by the love and affection with which they were served. Icing on the Cake was swami also blessed all of them with a pair of clothes. As we returned the left over food was distributed on the way to the poor peasants and as they received swami’s prasadam and a photograph of swami, many kissed the photo of swami with a great sigh of relief exhibiting the hope in life being rejuvenated. The evening stage was set for 30 wonderful children along with their master Shri Ashok Gurjale to stroke their Violins to the beat of god. They enthralled the devotees with their musical bouquet offered at swami. They played several tunes which struck a chord with devotees bringing joy to every one. The innocence on their faces and the talent on their hands gave joy to many. |
